Winemaker Stéphane Vedeau is considered one of the quiet innovators of the Northern Rhône. He works with very low yields, often harvests at night to preserve freshness, and prefers to guide Syrah rather than dominate it. Les Hauts Granites comes from high-altitude, granite-rich parcels that naturally give the wine tension, finesse and energy. Think Rhône with a rock edge—precise, vibrant and effortlessly cool.
