With all that wine, we’re still a café. So there’s also good coffee, a refreshing beer on tap, a range of cocktails and, of course, delicious food.
Lord Rayleigh and William Ramsay were two Scottish chemists in the late 19th century. They discovered argon, a noble gas that is heavier than oxygen. Today, our wine dispensers use argon to protect the wine from oxygen and keep it in excellent condition. Thanks to their discovery, we can keep over 100 different wines on tap, ready to enjoy.
