Pale golden color, in the bouquet notes of bergamot and flint. Fresh taste with impressions of apricot and honeysuckle where the acidity is nicely balanced with full character of the grape variety. The rustic, mineral finish makes for a beautiful finish.
Michel Chapoutier is a visionary and pioneer in biodynamic winemaking, as well as one of France's most respected winemakers. He elevated the family business to the pinnacle of the Rh’ne wine region. The trade press often refers to him as a living legend. Notably, his wine labels are also embossed with Braille, making them accessible to the visually impaired.
