Yarden Heights Wine
This beautiful dessert wine of the gewrztraminer grape has a special taste of ripe apple, pear and wild flowers. The wine has a rich sweet complex taste and a long finish.
After the bunches of the grapes are picked by hand in a very ripe stage, they are taken to the winery where they are cooled to -12C for a period of one month. While they are still frozen, the whole bunches are gently pressed to gradually deliver their concentrated and rich juice, which then slowly fermentates over the course of several months
